Windmill Microlending is a national charity that provides low-interest loans of up to CAN$15,000 to help skilled immigrants and refugees restart their careers in Canada.

Eligibility for Windmill
Status: PR, Protected Person, Refugee, Provincial Nominee, or Citizen.
Must live in Canada at the time of application.
Post-secondary education or 1+ year work exp gained outside Canada.
Internationally trained and require licensing/retraining in Canada.
